Oof to Repair is an on-demand staff training course designed to be streamed during camp staff training. It helps teams define microaggressions, overt harm, and identity-based bullying, and builds shared language for noticing harm, responding clearly, and supporting safer, more respectful camp communities. This course includes 40 minutes of streamed training, as well as opportunities to pause and discuss.
